When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges or changes to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed.
My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet.
If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it, please wait up to 7 more business days to see if your package arrives.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges.
I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

I received damaged items, what do I do?
If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item. Photos of the damaged item(s) are required!
